Since 1991, Republic has distributed blowers and vacuum pumps, as well as building and assembling of complete blower systems. After a number of years as a distributor and repair center of all types of air moving equipment, Republic designed and manufactured its own centrifugal blowers and air knife drying systems that offered distinct advantages over existing systems within the industry.

SINGLE/DOUBLE/TRIPLE STAGE
REPUBLIC REGENERATIVE BLOWERS are available in single stage (one impeller), double stage (two impeller), or triple stage (three impeller) configurations. The impeller is directly connected to the motor shaft, providing powerful force without undue friction. The bearings are outside the compression chamber, ensuring maximum operational reliability under high differential pressure

REPUBLIC MANUFACTURING CENTRIFUGAL BLOWERS
RB, RBX SERIES
Republic Centrifugal Blowers (RB & RBX Series) are belt-driven and designed for both pressure and vacuum applications, and are engineering to generate flow up to 4,100 cfm and pressure greater than 160 in.H2O. Republic Centrifugal Blowers are preferable to compressed air as centrifugal blowers provide clean, dry, oil-free air at lower operating costs.
Both the RB and RBX series were built for longevity in high-duty applications and require minimal maintenance. Each blower is manufactured with lifetime greased ceramic hybrid bearings and plated steel or aluminum alloy wetted components. Each model can be oriented in multiple directions, assembled within sound or weather enclosures, or converted to water-cooled and/or chemically resistant packages.

VRT/DVT/DRT SERIES
Republic offers Dry Rotary Vane Pumps that are ideal for applications requiring clean and reliable vacuum, such as packaging, medical, and food processing. Republic’s Dry Vane Pumps can pull a maximum of 25.5” HgV. Republic’s VRT series dry vane pumps are single stage, dry-cooled and direct driven for continuous operation.
Republic offers the DVT series of dry-running rotary vane combination pumps and are ideally suited for oil free applications. They are single stage, air-cooled and direct driven for continuous operation. These rugged pumps are simple to install and easy to service and maintain. The smaller pumps come with a motor integrated, while the larger pumps are available with or without motor. These pumps have a displacement ranging from 9 to 95 CFM (16 to 164 m3/hr), a maximum vacuum of 17.7 in. Hg and maximum pressure of 8.7 psig.
The VRT series is used in a variety of industries such as vacuum lifting, woodworking, environmental applications electronics, packaging, conveying, robotics, medical vacuum/central vacuum, and printing.
The DRT series is used in a variety of industries such as environmental applications, water treatment, aeration, electronics, conveying, and printing.

RCV SERIES
REPUBLIC RCV DRY RUNNING ROTARY CLAW PUMPS are ideally suited for oil-free applications. Single stage, air-cooled, and direct-driven for continuous operation, the pumps utilize high-precision, machined claws that rotate synchronously without contact to generate wear-less vacuum. They are simple to install requiring minimal service and maintenance which makes these pumps some of the most reliable and efficient available.

RXA SERIES
Republic offers the RX series of oil lubricated rotary vane vacuum pumps. They are single stage, air-cooled, and direct driven for continuous operation. The design is one of the most reliable and simplest vacuum pumps available. These rugged pumps are simple to install and easy to service and maintain. They are available with or without motor to meet your application needs. These vacuum pumps have a displacement range from 6 to 490
CFM (10 to 833 m3/hr) and maximum vacuum of 0.5 torr.
The RX series is used in a variety of industries such as meat packaging, food processing, thermoforming, composites, medical, laboratory, vacuum cooling, robotics, degassing, and autoclaves.

REPUBLIC MANUFACTURING AIR KNIVES
RCV SERIES
REPUBLIC AIR KNIFE SYSTEMS are engineered, manufactured and tested to provide 99.9% of liquid, dust, and debris removal from products prior to labeling, ink jet laser coating, packaging, or other secondary operations using a high velocity, high impact air stream.
Air knives are available in extruded aluminum or stainless steel with lengths from 2” to 196” with an adjustable gap for better air stream control. We offer nozzle knives for direct drying, air wipes to match your extrusion profile and wire, and food grade air knives which are USDA and NSF compliant. In house engineering expertise allows us to provide a heat source for your high temperature applications or cold air systems to cool the parts. Custom air knife designs are available to meet your exact needs.
The breadth of our equipment allows us to engineer and manufacture the additional components needed to complete your system; including the Republic Centrifugal Blower, butterfly valves to provide the appropriate pressure and air stream as needed, air knife brackets, elbows, Y-branches, and manifolds.
