Built for Business.
Parker compressed air and gas water separators enable the efficient removal of liquid contaminants from air supplies. These compressed air and gas water separators are suitable for a variety of applications that serve across many of today’s major industrial markets. These products are designed to reduce your overall system downtime as well as your maintenance costs
Refrigerated Dryers
Reliable. Efficient. Energy Saving
Compressed air systems inherently suffer from performance and reliability issues, most of which can be directly attributed to water in one form or another. In fact, water accounts for up to 99.9% of the total liquid contamination found in a compressed air system. Therefore, air treatment is essential for manufacturing facilities reliant on compressed air for automation.
For general purpose or non-critical use of compressed air, refrigeration dryers are an ideal choice. Refrigeration dryers utilize a closed loop cooling system to lower the temperature of the compressed air to just above freezing, causing condensation of water vapor.
Most of the condensed liquid is then removed by an integral water separator and drained away. Prior to leaving the dryer, the compressed air is re-heated by the incoming compressed air to prevent condensation on the outside of the downstream distribution piping.
Refrigeration dryers should always be installed with general purpose and high efficiency coalescing filters and are an effective way to reduce water vapor, liquid water and water aerosols for general purpose compressed air applications.
Desicant Dryers
Parker desiccant air dryers are designed to automatically reduce the atmospheric dew point of compressed air supplies without the need for operator intervention. Our innovative range of desiccant air dryers offer the superior operational performance and reliability. Featuring coalescing prefilters with automatic drains, our desiccant air dryers provide a particulate final filter, a moisture indicator, differential pressure indicator and pretested controls.
Nitrogen Gas Generators
The Ultimate in Flexibility and Longevity.
With unique design and advanced energy saving technology at its core the market leading NITROSource nitrogen gas generator requires less compressed air to generate more nitrogen. Together with substantially lower servicing costs, reduced
downtime and a longer working life, it adds up to the most cost-efficient nitrogen supply available; significantly more affordable than traditional sources, and delivering huge savings over the lifetime of the generator.
With over 20 years experience in the market, and over 50,000 units installed globally, Parker domnick hunter is first choice for innovative and reliable gas generation technology.
Oil/Water Seperators
Parker’s comprehensive portfolio of industrial oil water separators provide a simple, economical and environmentally friendly solution for the effective removal of oil condensates from compressed air systems. Our devices are corrosion-resistant and made from polyethene construction, which includes ribbing for extra strength. Our devices are available in a number of configurations that can increase settlement times and reduce oil carryover, efficiently removing separated oil and sealing in external oil containers for easy disposal. These oil water separators are suitable for use in a wide range of applications, serving most of today’s major industrial markets.
