A History of Customization and Quality Solutions
Airtech Vacuum Inc. was established in 1982 and is now a unit of IDEX Corporation’s Health and Science Technology segment. Airtech’s corporate headquarters and largest manufacturing facility is located in Rutherford, New Jersey. United States operations include warehouse facilities in Atlanta and San Francisco and satellite sales offices throughout the country. Airtech also has other manufacturing and engineering facilities in Europe and Asia.
L-SERIES OIL LUBRICATED ROTARY VANE VACUUM PUMPS
Airtech’s L-Series rotary vane oil-flooded vacuum pump is a real workhorse. Reliability and durability are ensured by its simple design. Our L-Series Pump has integral exhaust filters, vibration isolators, and composite vane material which promotes longevity. The Airtech pump has an operating capacity range of 7-460 CFM while obtaining an end vacuum of 0.5 Torr.

3BA HIGH PRESSURE REGENERATIVE BLOWERS
Airtech is a leading manufacturer of regenerative blowers. High pressure regenerative blowers manufactured by Airtech make up the 3BA series regenerative vacuum/pressure blowers. Our regenerative blowers are an ideal alternative to standard rotary vane pumps and PD/rotary lobe blowers. It’s innovative light weight and compact design adds to the ease of operation. 3BA regenerative blowers can quickly be added to your system with its easy to install close-coupled construction. The cool running outboard bearings increase service life. Free is a word that everyone likes to see when they are looking at a product, and this one is OIL FREE, MAINTENANCE FREE, and operates at an industry low dB(A) sound level. The 3BA has an operating capacity range of up to 1500 CFM and can achieve an end vacuum up to 20″ Hg or a pressure of 13 PSIG.

LIQUID RING VACUUM PUMPS
Airtech liquid ring vacuum pumps and liquid ring compressors are rotating, non-pulsating, positive displacement pumps. Liquid ring vacuum pumps, also known as water ring vacuum pumps, contain a single moving part, the rotor. The rotor is located eccentrically within a cylindrical casing. Liquid is supplied to the pump and by centrifugal force, forms a liquid ring around the casing which results in the formation of compression chambers. Airtech provides both single stage and multi-stage liquid ring vacuum pumps in various materials of construction for a variety of applications. Airtech Kinetic Blower (AKB) Series are dynamic blowers that transfer kinetic energy to the medium agent by a contactless rotating impeller. The gas is drawn in by a high-performance titanium turbo impeller. The minimized internal losses lead to extremely high efficiencies and silent compression at rotational speeds up to 12,500 RPM. The position of tangential inlet and outlet can be selected individually according to the needs of the application. The reliable IE4/NEMA super premium blower motors are also available with integrated plug and variable frequency drive.
